1. New products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for an equal exchange of another item or part(s) having the same value or less. (Shipping charges not included)
2. Any authorized return is subject to a 20% restock fee.
3. Eproms and all electrical parts are sold "As Is" and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

5. The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package or your return will be refused and returned.:
6. All shipping costs including the initial shipping charges and any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. All returns with a value exceeding $100 or more must be shipped fully insured to protect contents against damages.
8. All returns must be in their original sales condition and returned back to us in original packaging. 
9. Credit card purchases will  be credited after return is received and inspected. In the event any item is returned in not the same condition as sold or requires repairs or further repackaging , a 25% fee may be charged to the customer in addition to the 20% restock fee.
10. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged prior to starting any special or custom work order .

All Slot Machine shipments are shipped freight collect to the customer using the most economical and reliable freight company, http://www.dbschenkerusa.com/ The buyer can use any freight company they choose however you must contact us to make prior arrangements.
If the customer refuses to accept and or pay for the delivery and freight charges of a slot machine order the customer will be billed for all incurred freight costs plus a 30% restock fee.

2. Buyer must report any shipping damage to us immediately.
3. If possible the buyer should advise the delivery driver of any damages.
