1. New products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for an equal exchange of another item or part(s) having the same value or less. (Shipping charges not included)
2. Any authorized return is subject to a 20% restock fee.
3. Eproms and all electrical parts are sold "As Is" and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
4. To initiate a return you will must obtain an RMA#  by calling us at 602-606-2400 or send email to: sales@AZSLOT.com.
5. The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package or your return will be refused and returned.:
6. All shipping costs including the initial shipping charges and any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. All returns with a value exceeding $100 or more must be shipped fully insured to protect contents against damages.
8. All returns must be in their original sales condition and returned back to us in original packaging. 
9. Credit card purchases will  be credited after return is received and inspected. In the event any item is returned in not the same condition as sold or requires repairs or further repackaging, a 25% fee may be charged to the customer in addition to the 20% restock fee.
10. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged prior to starting any special or custom work order .

1. It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect all shipments at the time of delivery.
2. Buyer must report any shipping damage to us immediately. (See above for RMA information)
3. If possible the buyer should advise the delivery driver of any damages.
4. Buyer must keep the original packaging/shipping materials.

PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION:

We take great pride in making sure your purchase has been fulfilled to your expectations. The following are our shop terms for your purchase.

MPU (main processor unit) and power supplies have a limited (1) year warranty. Bill validators and coin handling parts have a limited (6) month warranty. LCD and CRT displays have a limited (90) day warranty. Glass, reel strips, light bulbs, wiring and batteries are excluded from any warranty coverage. Physical and water damage as well as damage arising from misuse or improper installation and/or maintenance are expressly excluded from warranty coverage. We recommend that all customers read the manual on our website (www.AZSLOT.com) or email us as sales@AZSLOT.com for questions concerning their slot or video poker machine.

LEISURETIMESLOTS LLC (DBA AZSLOT.com) is also not liable for personal injury, property damage or loss of life caused by improper setup or use of our products. Do not attempt any service to the machine unless otherwise advised by our company or our customer manual. Do not set your slot machine on an uneven surface or on a stand not suited to handle the weight of a slot or video poker machine.

Slot machine and/ or video poker machine parts found to be defective must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense for any warranty work to be performed. All parts and labor work covered under the AZSLOT.com warranty will be covered by our company. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with any gaming parts authorized to be returned to us and shipped back. The customer is responsible for the setup, installation and/or programming of game parts after warranty work is finished. Documentation will be provided to the customer free of charge for any programming/ installation work needed after the customer has received their parts. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) code must be obtained prior to returning any warranty part for inspection. This code should be clearly marked on the package sent back to us.

In store specials are close our or discontinued machines priced with marginal or no mark up due to limited availability of service parts and internal components. Some replacement parts are no longer available for these types of machines. In store specials are recommended for customers with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machines, therefore no warranty is offered on these sales. The purchaser bears the full responsibility of any repairs of maintenance.

Please note that manuals for slot machine maintenance are available from AZSLOT.com (d.b.a. Leisure Time Slots LLC). These manuals are available free of charge for existing customers in electronic PDF format.
